Job summary

Position Responsibilities
  • Produce comprehensive Speech, Language, and/or Feeding Evaluations to the Parkwood standard of quality.
  • Treat clients across all ages and abilities continuum.
  • Use Fusion by Ensora Health EMR to support the clinical documentation process, including but not limited to: evaluation writing, goal writing, completing letters of medical necessity, treatment notes (including the use of correct CPT Codes & ICD-10s), re-evaluations, screenings, signed mutual exchanges of information, and correspondence with referring providers/interdisciplinary communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain all requirements for ASHA, Oregon and Washington SLP licensure.
