Bright Steps Therapy Network is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team in Westmont, IL. The role emphasizes flexibility and autonomy in building your caseload and service locations, with a supervision model that supports growth and real-world problem-solving.

You'll collaborate with speech-language pathologists, educators, and families to deliver meaningful outcomes while mentoring fellow clinicians and expanding your professional skills through

Qualifications
