New Beginning Pediatric Rehab in Columbia, MD is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to provide transformative care to children from newborns through adolescents. The role offers autonomy to build a schedule and a supportive multidisciplinary environment for high-quality, family-centered care.

Requirements include Maryland OT licensure, NBCOT (OTR), and 1+ year pediatric OT experience. Infant experience is a plus, with strong communication skills essential for engaging families and care

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license or eligible.
• NBCOT Certification (OTR).
• 1+ years of pediatric OT experience; infant experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a heart for pediatric care.
• Experience – Minimum of 1 year in pediatric therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and implement evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Treat a broad spectrum of pediatric conditions (sensory processing, motor development, feeding, self-regulation, etc.).
• Experience or comfort working with infants and early intervention populations is strongly preferred.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
