Job summary

Gilder Search Group in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a small, family-centered clinic. You’ll provide pediatric OT services, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and deliver holistic care.

We support clinicians with flexible scheduling (10–40 hours per week), mentorship for new grads, licensure reimbursement, CEU membership, and opportunities for autonomy while staying connected to a collaborative, care-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Maryland OT license is required.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• Passion for pediatrics and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
