Qualifications

• Active Maryland Occupational Therapist License or eligibility.
• NBCOT Certification (OTR) required.
• 1+ years of pediatric occupational therapy experience (infant experience a plus).
• Strong communication skills and a heart for pediatric care.
• Experience – Minimum of 1 year in pediatric physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and implement evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Treat a broad spectrum of pediatric conditions (sensory processing, motor development, feeding, self-regulation, etc.).
• Experience or comfort working with infants and early intervention populations is strongly preferred.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
