Job summary

ABC Therapy is seeking a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to deliver meaningful services in educational settings. This role offers in-person work with flexible scheduling across Medina, Summit, and Cuyahoga Counties.

Compensation ranges from $39 to $48 per hour based on experience, with opportunities from PRN to full-time positions. The ideal candidate will have NBCOT, an OT degree, and pediatric school experience.

Qualifications

• Valid state OT license and NBCOT certification.
• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Clear background check.
• School or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ strengths and challenges in school.
• Provide direct and/or consultative therapy services to school-aged students.
• Supervise therapy assistants and collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers.
• Participate in ETR and IEP meetings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per guidelines.
• Develop individualized intervention plans to help students succeed academically and functionally.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and classroom accommodations when applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school, state, and federal guidelines
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans focused on helping students succeed academically and functionally
• Monitor student progress, document interventions, and adjust plans as needed to ensure measurable outcomes
• Recommend adaptive equipment, assistive technology, classroom accommodations, etc as applicable
• Perform other job duties as assigned
