Nemours Children’s Health in Orlando seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU). The APP will deliver comprehensive patient management under the MD, from admission to discharge, with strong communication skills across all care phases.

The role features a two-week EMU schedule, one week inpatient with call, and one week of clinical work, including night and weekend neurology coverage. Competitive salary and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active license to practice as an APRN or PA in Florida.
• Pediatric NP- Acute Care certification required or PA-C with NCCPA certification.
• AHA BLS and PALS must be obtained upon hire; FL DEA license applicable.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive, continuous management of patients in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit under physician supervision.
• Care for patients from admission to discharge; participate in rounds and care planning.

• PA-C Candidates must have a current unrestricted Physician Assistant License to practice in the state(s) in which privileges are sought; National Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants; AHA BLS & PALS upon hire; FL DEA
