Responsibilities

• Obtains medical history and performs physical examinations to inform assessment and plan.
• Administers or prescribes treatments and medications.
• Follows up and monitors patient progress as per the treatment plan.
• Documents evaluation and plan of care.
• Provides patient education on varied health topics.
• Collaborates with in-house allied health professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
