BJC HealthCare's St. Louis Children's Hospital is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for after-hours care in O'Fallon, MO.

This part-time, salaried position covers three 8-hour shifts per week with afternoon and evening hours, including weekend and holiday rotation as required by the department. The role requires a Master's degree in nursing from an accredited NP program and NP licensure; RN licensure is also required.

• Prior pediatric experience preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in professional development.
• Develops treatment plans for acute pediatric problems following protocol in a collaborative practice with a physician.
• Coordinates care for select patient populations to promote health and wellness.
• Assumes a leadership role within a specific clinical specialty.
• Manages care through advanced assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and evaluation in collaboration with a physician.
