Responsibilities

• Hire, train, evaluate staff, and develop professional growth plans.
• Develop and monitor departmental staffing, revenue, and expense budgets, responding to business changes.
• Provide and oversee patient care tailored to age and developmental needs, documenting accordingly.
• Create collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments.
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll updates, and performance reviews; handle disciplinary actions and coaching.
• Ensure staff productivity and support overall departmental operations.
