Home of the Innocents in Louisville is seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager to lead daily Neighborhood operations at the Kosair for Kids Complex Care Center. You will supervise and develop direct care staff, provide complex clinical oversight, and partner with the Nurse Manager to drive quality, safety, and compassionate care for medically complex children and young adults.

This full-time, on-site leadership role requires RN licensure in Kentucky, at least 3 years direct care

Qualifications

ADN and Kentucky RN license required.
3+ years of direct care RN experience in acute or long-term care.
1+ year of nursing management or supervisory experience.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Reliable transportation with 24/7 on-call availability.

Responsabilités

Supervise and develop RNs, LPNs, SRNAs, and Resident Care Attendants.
Provide complex clinical oversight and ensure care plans and physician orders are followed.
Direct and coordinate daily Neighborhood operations and staff coaching.
Lead quality and safety initiatives and respond to issues per regulatory standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and Director of Nursing on resident care plans.
