Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (compact licenses transferred within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification (training assistance available post-hire)
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation

Position Overview

The LPN/LVN provides and documents skilled nursing care under RN supervision, following care plans and physician orders, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
