• Evaluates patient responses to care, documents progress, and shares observations with the healthcare team and families.
• Contributes to team by completing activities within guidelines to ensure medication, storage and documentation standards.
• Provides unit orientation to patients and family members on policies and requirements.
• Supervises care activities of assigned team members, provides feedback, and maintains patient safety and infection control.
