Responsibilities

• Complete nursing assessment and ongoing patient/family assessments.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with medication, storage and documentation standards.
• Provide unit orientation and mentorship to students and new staff.
• Supervise and provide feedback to care team to maintain patient safety.

Education

ADN/BSN or Diploma Nursing
