Shift is Mon-Fri days, 6:30am-5pm, with full-time status.

Responsibilities

• Completes nursing assessments across age groups to determine initial care plan adherence.
• Evaluates patient responses and documents progress for team communication.
• Ensures medication, storage and documentation standards meet regulations.
• Provides unit orientation to patients and families on policies.
• Supervises care activities and gives feedback to maintain safety and infection control.
• Collaborates with care team and families to implement care plans.
• Mentors students and new staff to share best practices.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as requested.
