Job summary

PM Pediatric Care seeks dynamic professionals to join our pediatric urgent care network. Roles involve assessing and treating acute pediatric cases in-person and via telemedicine, with on-site x-ray and lab support, and collaboration across providers and staff.

Ideal candidates have pediatric care experience, active nursing or PA licensure, and EMR proficiency. We offer a flexible schedule (12–36 hours weekly) with opportunities for both PT and FT engagement in a high-acuity, patient‑centered

Qualifications

Pediatric healthcare experience required; pediatric ER, hospitalist or urgent care preferred.
Excellent computer skills and EMR experience (eCW preferred).
Ability to think critically, multitask, and work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Assess and treat acute injury and illness for in-person and telemedicine patients.
Perform procedural care including abscess drainage and laceration repair.
Take radiographs and provide preliminary interpretations with radiology over-reads where applicable.
Oversee patient flow and daily office functions with staff and trainees.
Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and safety standards.
Contribute to service recovery and patient satisfaction improvements.
