Job summary

UNC Health in Granite Falls, NC is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for a full-time, onsite position in a busy pediatric practice. The role focuses on well-child and sick-child visits for patients from newborn to 18 years, with daytime clinic coverage.

You will work with a collaborative team, provide independent and team-based care, and participate in occasional urgent care coverage for Falls Pediatrics. Residency in NC is required and APRN/PA licensure is expected.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in North Carolina (NP/PA).
• Board certification if required by the Department; DEA.

Responsibilities

• Collaborative team of providers in a busy pediatric practice.
• 36 hours of direct patient care per week across 4 clinic days.
• Care for newborns to 18 years with well-child and sick-child visits; assist with urgent care coverage.
