Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Pediatrics nursing experience; NICU or PICU is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Previous supervisor experience preferred; charge nurse experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the night shift.
• Coordinate clinical operations to promote safe, high-quality care.
