Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the evening shift.

• Provide clinical guidance and respond appropriately to changes in residents' conditions.
• Support care planning, accurate documentation, and effective communication among the care team.
• Promote compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and safety standards.
