Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required.
• Active RN license in state of practice required.
• PALS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of the Inpatient Unit as House Supervisor.
• Oversee care delivery, ensure staff, equipment and supplies are available.
• Foster collaborative relationships with nursing leadership and staff.
• Support professional development and ensure compliance with standards.
