Shriners Children's St. Louis is seeking a part-time RN House Supervisor to lead the Inpatient Unit overnight. You will direct daily operations and ensure high-quality, family-centered care for pediatric patients.

The role requires a BSN, an active RN license, BLS and PALS, plus 3 years of pediatric nursing experience. This is a 48-hour bi-weekly night-shift position with opportunities to influence policy and staff development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required.
• Active RN license in state of practice.
• 3 years' pediatric nursing experience.
• BLS certification.
• PALS certification.

Aufgaben

• Direct the daily activities of the Inpatient Unit.
• Ensure care quality and availability of staff, equipment, and supplies.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to uphold Joint Commission and CMS standards.
• Serve as top administrative representative during non-routine hours.
