Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of RN clinical employment experience with pediatric nursing, care coordination, ambulatory practice, discharge planning, or case management.
• BSN required (CCS requirement)
• Proven ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and professional conduct.
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Outlook, internet) and experience with EHRs
• Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, work independently and prioritize workload.
• Demonstrated leadership, teaching, and communication skills or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate clinical care for Pediatric Brain Center clinic patients.
• Screen referrals and coordinate patient evaluations to ensure efficient care flow.
• Educate patients and families and liaise between inpatient and outpatient nursing staff.
• Collaborate with child neurology, pediatric neurosurgery, neurodiagnostics, and other care team members.
