ChildServe in Des Moines, IA, is seeking a full-time Pediatric Neuropsychologist to join an expanding multidisciplinary team providing neuropsychological evaluations for children and young adults.

The role emphasizes family-centered care, thorough testing across intelligence, learning, memory, and attention, clear reporting, and collaborative care planning within inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient settings; includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a referral bonus of $2,500.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensed as a psychologist in Iowa.
• Board Certified in Pediatric Neuropsychology or willing to obtain.
• Two years of licensed practice experience preferred; early-career considered.
• Experience conducting pediatric neuropsychological assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations of children and young adults.
• Prepare clear, high-quality reports with diagnostic impressions and recommendations.
• Provide feedback to families in a supportive, accessible manner.
• Complete assessments, notes, testing reports within required timelines.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions and care planning.
• Contribute to program development and outreach initiatives.
