Job summary

OSF HealthCare seeks a Pediatric Neuropsychologist to assess brain function in patients from birth to 18 years, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The role includes pre-surgical cognitive assessments and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams within a Level 1 Trauma Center.

The package includes a signing bonus of $15,000 and a base compensation range aligned with market norms for neuropsychology in major Illinois centers. This is a salaried, full-time position in Peoria, IL.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical psychology from an APA/CPA-approved training program.
• Board certification or eligible in Neuropsychology, or pending licensure when in probationary period.
• Completed a two-year fellowship program in Neuropsychology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong analytical and problem solving abilities; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assess brain function in inpatients and outpatients to aid diagnoses.
• Perform pre-surgical cognitive and psychosocial assessments (epilepsy surgery, DBS, cochlear implant).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to inform education services, discharge planning, and patient/family education.
• Contribute to Pediatric and Adult Neuropsychology programs across outpatient and hospital services.
