Banner Pediatric Specialist Neurology and Neurosurgery in Mesa, AZ, seeks a Senior Manager to oversee day-to-day outpatient clinic operations across multiple sites. You will own financial performance, staff engagement, and patient experience, guiding a team of about 16 staff and 9–10 providers in a high-volume environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, consumer, finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related setting with accountability for performance metrics.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing multi-disciplinary team.

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations for a large multi-site pediatric neurology and neuroscience practice.
• Own financial performance, payroll controls, budget and cost management.
• Lead staff and physician engagement, recruitment, development and retention.
