Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school and completion of residency and/or fellowship in area of specialty.
• Current or recent experience in area of specialty.
• MD or DO - licensed by the state licensure board within the State of practice; Board Certified/Eligible in the area of specialty by the appropriate medical board.

Responsibilities

• Performs history and physical examination of all patients seen.
• Provide cost-effective, high-quality care based on best practice evidenced based medicine.
• Collaborates and communicates with other professionals regarding patient care.
• Teaches wellness habits and educates patients on prevention of health problems or method of dealing with present problems.
• Maintains confidentiality of all materials handled within the Network/Entity.
