Job summary

CU Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO is seeking a Clinical Program Medical Director, Regional Program (0.20 FTE) to lead pediatric neurology regional care development and advance the academic career of the incumbent.

The role combines inpatient and outpatient clinical care, teaching fellows and residents, and collaboration with multiple campuses and CHCO networks. MD or DO with neurology board eligibility in child neurology and leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required; open rank depending on experience.
• Board eligibility in neurology with a subspecialty in child neurology.
• Experience in teaching, clinical research, or program development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care for pediatric neurology patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Lead regional and external consultation services for Neurology.
• Mentor fellows, residents, and medical students.
• Support education and program development for regional care.
• Participate in administrative and professional development activities.
