Qualifications

• BLS CPR certification required at time of hire.
• CAAHEP accredited Neurodiagnostic Program preferred.
• 6 months pediatrics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure electrode application following the 10-20 system and monitor clinically significant events.
• Maintain patient safety and communicate findings to care staff during EEG procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients and families and document results in the electronic health record.
• Perform basic to intermediate EEG troubleshooting and equipment checks.
