Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Pediatrician to join our growing multi-disciplinary team in Glendale, CA. We serve children with neurodevelopmental differences, autism, speech and language disorders, and related conditions, delivering care through a Cortica model that combines clinical expertise with innovative neuroscience.

You will provide direct patient care, in-person and via telehealth, participate in multidisciplinary rounds, maintain a robust patient panel, and ensure timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Four years of medical school from an accredited university.
• Three years of pediatrics residency training.
• Board certification in pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, in-person and via telehealth, for pediatric and adult patients within Cortica’s scope.
• Complete history, exam, documentation, and referrals with clinical quality and timeliness.
• Maintain patient panel and meet productivity standards for new vs follow-up visits.
• Ensure 80% same-day and 100% within two business days documentation.
• Communicate care plans to medical assistants and respond to patient-care needs within timeframes.
