Job summary

Cortica is seeking licensed therapists to join our remote counseling team, serving children and families with neurodevelopmental disorders. This role offers 80/20 clinical to administrative work, with a focus on understanding diagnoses, home supports, and emotional well-being.

We support collaboration with physicians, speech, occupational and behavioral health colleagues, provide weekly meetings, internal training, a steady caseload and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active MA license as LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families in neurodiversity-affirming care.
• Bilingual English and Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual counseling for children, parents and families.
• Help families understand diagnoses and build home supports.
• Advocate for the child and navigate emotional challenges.
• Collaborate with neurology, speech therapy and behavioral health teams.
