UPMC Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh is looking for a dedicated MRI Technologist to join our pediatric imaging team. This full-time role offers a hands-on environment with opportunities to advance skills in general pediatric, cardiac, intraoperative, and research MRI services.

Responsabilités

• Uses two patient identifiers to identify all patients and documents patient history.
• Presents relevant patient information to the physician and assesses physician orders.
• Labels, prepares, and administers contrast.
• Ensures all exams are properly coded and tracked, all patient information is updated and documented, and all charges are entered correctly in appropriate systems.
• Practices and maintains MR safety while performing procedures.
• Interacts and communicates with both patients and co-workers while displaying a high level of caring, listening, dignity, and respect.
