Qualifications

• Associate degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology from an accredited JRCERT program.
• Current California CRT and CRT Fluoroscopy certification.
• Current ARRT certification in MRI and Radiologic Technology.
• BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI examinations in accordance with established protocols and departmental standards.
• Provide safe, high-quality imaging for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Accurately verify patient identity, demographics, examination details, and site of injury prior to imaging.
• Conduct comprehensive MRI safety screening of patients, staff, and visitors, including evaluation for ferromagnetic objects, electrically conductive items, medical implants and devices, and other MRI contraindications.
