Responsibilities

• Prepare, label, and store human milk, donor milk, and formula according to orders
• Verify patient identifiers and maintain accurate feeding records
• Monitor temperatures and sanitation, maintain inventory, and rotate stock
• Communicate with dietitians and healthcare team to meet patient feeding needs
• Train new staff and participate in quality control activities
• Follow safety protocols and regulatory standards, including HACCP and privacy rules
• Secure enteral nutrition areas and support workflow management
• Perform additional duties as assigned and assist department goals
