Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, label, and store human milk, donor milk, and formula per orders.
• Verify patient IDs and document feeding profiles and logs.
• Track inventory and maintain proper storage temperatures.
• Sanitize equipment and preparation areas per HACCP and regulatory standards.
• Train new staff and students on preparation procedures and policies.
• Maintain accuracy in records and support quality improvement efforts.
