Complete Children’s Health in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our pediatric behavioral health team. This full-time outpatient role focuses on evidence-based therapy for children and families, with collaboration across psychologists and pediatric providers.

The position offers a weekday schedule with no evenings or weekends, built-in case management and consultation support, and opportunities for continuing education within a supportive, patient-centered care

Formación

• Licensed as an LIMHP or LICSW in Nebraska.
• Eligible for credentialing with major insurance providers.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize evidence-based therapy strategies with pediatric patients.
• Implement treatment recommendations and coordinate care with psychologists and pediatric providers.
• Identify and manage safety concerns including suicidal ideation, self-harm, and trauma.
• Collaborate across educational and community settings, including schools, childcare providers, and allied health disciplines such as speech, OT, and PT.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Contribute to a positive patient and family experience.
• Participate in internal clinical meetings and, as appropriate, community-based initiatives.
