evolvedMD in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to join our on-site team serving children, adolescents, and teens from birth to 21 years old.

Qualifications

• Salary + Bonus Potential: $67,500 - $91,900 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities)

• Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
• Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care.
• Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy).
• Leverage real time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve.
• Positively contribute to an ever-expanding clinical team all committed to a new, innovative way to serve patients.

• Minimum Requirements – Master's degreein a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.) along with an active license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, AMFT, or LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body.
• Proven + Passionate Drive – A love for and commitment to patient impact while also driving clinical outcomes as demonstrated by previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social workerwith patients who experience diverse issues.

• Competitive Compensation Package – We offer competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision and EAP for any additional needs.200+hours of PTO / Holiday per anniversary year which increases with tenure. For those in the military reserves we offer 80 hours of paid military leave, and after one year of employment we offer 80 hours of Parental Leave for each birth/adoption. Salary Range:$67,500 - $91,900 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities)
