evolvedMD is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join a nationally renowned team of clinicians delivering whole-patient care across multiple clinics in Arizona. This role offers a 32-hour work week with competitive pay and bonus potential, reporting to the Clinical Manager.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.)
• Active license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, AMFT, or LMFT) in good standing as required by state governing body

Responsibilities

• Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians delivering exceptional patient care
• Partner with primary care providers to deliver whole-patient care
• Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g., Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g., CBT, Interpersonal Therapy)
• Leverage real-time data to drive positive patient outcomes and measure impact
• Contribute to an expanding clinical team focused on a new, innovative patient-serving approach

Education

Master’s degree in behavioral health field

• Location: Split Clinics - Tuesday at Scottsdale, AZ 85260 & Wed-Fri at Mesa, AZ 85210
• Salary + Bonus Potential: (Based on a 32-hour work week) $52,000- $73,120 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities)

• Minimum Requirements – Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.) along with an active license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, AMFT, or LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body.
• Proven + Passionate Drive – A love for and commitment to patient impact while also driving clinical outcomes as demonstrated by previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues.

For those in the military reserves we offer 80 hours of paid military leave, and after one year of employment we offer 80 hours of Parental Leave for each birth/adoption. Salary Range: $52,000- $73,120 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities).
