• Undergraduate degree in social/health field or related training/experience.
• Experience with pediatric mental health and behavioral support preferred.
• Background checks including FBI fingerprinting may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based skills coaching and behavioral modification to pediatric patients.
• Maintain safe, compliant treatment settings and coordinate with care teams.
• Assist with de-escalation and crisis management as needed.
• Communicate updates to families and guardians regarding patient progress.
