Job summary

Nationwide Children’s Hospital seeks an experienced professional to coordinate operations for the Innovation Center and the Midwest Pediatric Device Consortium (MPDC). You will lead initiatives, develop processes, oversee teams, manage projects, and track performance metrics across industry partners, inventors, and academic health systems.

You will support funding allocations, regulate clinical trials infrastructure, and communicate with diverse groups to advance pediatric device innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business, or related field is required.
• Leadership and organizational skills to manage large groups and individuals are required.
• Ability to manage and promote complex business and scientific projects.
• Communication with diverse groups and conduct meetings in person and virtually.
• Understanding of regulatory bodies (FDA, IRBs) preferred; IP concepts knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates operations of internal Innovation Center and external MPDC, leading initiatives, process creation, team oversight, and project management.
• Provides full-time administrative support and oversees allocation of funds, screening and selecting projects, and tracking metrics.
• Oversees data collaboration and clinical trials infrastructure; liaison between industry partners, inventors, academic institutions, and health care systems.
