Job summary

Nationwide Children’s Hospital is seeking a Project Manager for the Midwest Pediatric Device Consortium to support the FDA PDC program, allocate resources, and provide grant support for pediatric medtech commercialization.

The role involves managing new and existing portfolio projects with PDC leaders, industry vendors, clinician innovators, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, within-scope delivery and quality. Strong communication and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Three years of relevant program or project support experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develops project plans and timelines to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Manages project budgets when applicable and ensures financial goals are met.
  • Leads project team meetings and provides direction to team members.
  • Monitors project progress and addresses any issues that arise.
  • Communicates project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensures project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
