• Coordinate work across teams, ensuring consistency and standards.
• Gather input from patients and families on usability and accessibility.
• Align digital tools with clinical workflows and adoption needs.
• Manage relationships with external vendor networks and contractors.
• Provide regular program updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain risk and issue logs and monitor dependencies across projects.
• Coordinate phased training and rollout for staff and clinics.
