Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.

• Three years of nursing experience is required.
• Must have current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical and operational leader for the Pediatric Medical/Surgical Unit, partnering with medical directors and Duke Children's leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Integrate nursing and unit priorities into daily operations while driving quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote a professional practice model that encourages staff participation and collaboration across disciplines.
