Job summary

Children’s Wisconsin in Milwaukee seeks a clinical laboratory professional to perform testing on biological specimens in hospital and clinic settings. You will collect specimens, analyze data, and report results to physicians to aid diagnosis and treatment.

The role requires independent work, strong teamwork with staff, and leadership to direct designated employees while maintaining daily lab operations and quality management.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's in medical laboratory science or related ASCP‑aligned field.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and produce error-free results.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing on biological specimens and report results to physicians.
• Collect specimens, analyze data, and ensure QA/QC across daily operations.
• Direct designated staff and support maintenance of lab functions.
