Job summary

Compass Connections is hiring compassionate LVN/LPN professionals to provide licensed nursing care at our Robstown, Texas facility. You will perform nursing duties, document health care records, and coordinate care for children in our residential care setting.

We require graduation from an accredited LVN/LPN program and a valid state license, with BLS/CPR and First Aid. The role offers 100% employer-paid health benefits from day one and a schedule of 11am–8pm, Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Licensed Vocational Nursing program.
• Current LVN/LPN license in the state program.
• BLS certification (PALS preferred) and CPR/First Aid are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing duties and health care services in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain and document medical health records with HIPAA/PHI confidentiality.
• Coordinate care, schedule appointments, and communicate with Lead Medical Coordinator and Regional Director.
