Job summary

Allegro Pediatrics in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Medical Assistant (MA-C/MA-R) to support clinical operations and patient flow. The role involves preparing patients for exams, administering vaccines, and ensuring a compassionate family experience. On-the-job training and licensed credential sponsorship are available.

Schedule is full time with 4 ten-hour shifts weekly, including weekend coverage across Bridle Trails Bothell locations. Commitment of 1.5 years is required.

Qualifications

• Commitment to a minimum of 1.5 years in this position.
• Prior healthcare or pediatric experience is favorable but not required.
• Ability to obtain MA-R credential (sponsored by Allegro Pediatrics).
• Must adhere to employee health screening policies and vaccination requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient rooming and flow in a fast-paced clinic.
• Support providers with procedures and anticipate clinical needs.
• Perform patient intakes including vital signs and screenings.
• Administer vaccines and single-dose medications.
• Maintain exam rooms and clinic cleanliness and safety standards.
• Communicate with patients and families via calls and portal messages.
• Collaborate with providers, nurses, and support teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Uphold professionalism and sound judgment within the role.
