Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient rooming and flow in a busy clinic.
• Assist providers with procedures and anticipate clinical needs.
• Perform patient intakes: vital signs, screenings, documentation.
• Administer vaccines and medications.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and safety standards.
• Communicate with patients/families via calls and portal messages.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure quality care.
