Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience or education as Medical Assistant preferred.
• Ability to perform lab tests via nasal swab and venipuncture.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Must be professional, friendly, and well organized.
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support for providers, patients, and office operations
• Greet and register patients
• Obtain medical history, vital signs, and intake
• Prepare patients for X-rays
• Perform and document routine labs (venipuncture when needed)
• Irrigate and assist with wounds
• Assist in lab quality control testing
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Ensure exam rooms and front desk stocked
