Job summary

Pediatric Associates in Plano, TX is seeking a Medical Assistant/Medical Receptionist to support pediatric care under clinician supervision. You will handle clinical and administrative duties, ensure a welcoming, safe environment, and maintain accurate medical records.

Responsibilities include taking vitals, vaccine reconciliation, patient prep, documentation, and coordinating referrals. Requires a high school diploma, BLS, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Foreign medical doctors must have a BSc in General Medicine.
• MA Diploma/Certification required or a minimum of 3 years MA experience.
• Active BLS certification required; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake vitals and document clinical information.
• Assist with age-appropriate screenings and procedures.
• Vaccines and medication reconciliation under supervision.
