Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers during medical examinations and procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy and draw blood samples following proper protocols and safety standards.
• Process and label specimens accurately for laboratory analysis.
• Sterilize and maintain medical instruments and equipment to ensure a safe clinical environment.
• Manage patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate communication between patients and healthcare staff.
• Verify patients' eligibility and insurance coverage, obtain pre-authorizations for treatments or service and handles any denial letters.
