Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high quality patient experience; welcome patients; ensure a safe patient environment and proper supplies.
• Record patient intake vitals (height, weight, temp, BP, pulse, respiration) and notify clinician of abnormalities.
• Document patient histories, medications, allergies, immunizations and referrals in medical records.
• Prepare patients for examinations; assist with age-appropriate screenings and common pediatric procedures under clinician supervision.
• Conduct vaccine and medication reconciliation; provide vaccine information statements to patients/parents.
